i would go with dsm 450cc injectors. and your lucky you have a d-series don't worry about a rebuild just get a new block post up in the for sale forum you need a d series block and you don't want to spend more than 75 i bet you get 15 people offering you a block buy three or four of them and call it a day just keep swaping them in when you blow one and it will only cost you a few hundred for the block's free labor, and i bet those block's will last a few month's also you will get to try new block to see what work's best so for, so for 3-400 you get 1year+ sounds good to me. the best d series block's d16a6(crx si block), 1.5 vx motor(biggest d series rods), and then the y8. use your oil pump since it flows more than other d series pump.

Or why not just do your turbo set up correctly and you won't have to worry about constantly replacing heads.

please know what your talking about before you post he said he blow up his motor from boost his bottom end is messed up it has nothing to do with the head. about him doing it right sure sleeving the block(650) adding forged rods(400) and pistons(450), arp head studs(100), all new honda bearings(175), new oil and water pump(100) and hondata(stage 2b $545) is the right way not every one has that much money and guess what even that set-up can still blow-up and i'd be pissed if a $1500 block+$575 ecu add-on blew-up. ok now if a $75 dollar block blew up i wouldn't care and i'd have $1425 left over to buy more i doubt he will keep this car for more than another year, so buying 4-5 blocks for couple hundred will be the best idea.

As long as you are modifying the internals you had better drop the compression if you are planning on running 10 psi or more.

If you were running stock compression I would say that combined with 10 psi had a lot to do with your shit blowing up.

Do the factory ecu's in a honda have knock controll?

Here is a good calculator that can help you figure out what kind of injectors you might need.

Or just do it right once, and not have all the down time, but what do I know. And excuse the fuck out of me for making a typo.

I don't feel like screwing with the equations but I think 9.5 compression limits you to between 6 and 8 PSI max boost.

10 PSI certainly didn't help him none.
