yes a heater will keep it at around 900 to 1000 psi

just get a heater use a heater control. at 1100 psi my heater shuts off....

yup, thats what i plan on doing. automatic bottle heater. i just wanted to be sure that without the heater on, that ambient temps wont cause it to raise beyond ~1100. from what i gather; seems like it has to be an extremely hot day, and a pretty full bottle to worry about it. thanks.

There are some automatic bottle heaters on the market (on the expensive side IMO) that will maintain a constant pressure as long as you have the heater turned on. I would say if your seriously worried about get, spend the money. However, I dont think you will have a problem. Enjoy the juice :thumbsup:
