this is a greddy type r bov in the video im wondering is there another bov that sounds just like this?

well the type R is a funny sounding bov and that's it guys. Yes, it acts like a suquential bov. That isn't compressor surge...they flow rather well and for your turbo build, will be absolute overkill as they are 47mm.
you buy BOV because of how well it works/flows/keeps compressor surge from occuring...hence why I'll have two tial 50mm bov's

dude type r's definately dont sound like that retard. supras are known for compressor surge and bovs dont sputter like that.

every type r I've seen run on the dyno makes an initial "barking" sound before a woosh of air but your right, doesn't chatter/sputte like that supra does in that first corner...?...maybe it's my laptops shitty speakers screwing up how that supra sounds but that does sound like a type r.
Yes, big turbo supra's are notorious for compressor surge too, imho because many run too heavy of a bov spring and too large of a compressor for the small motors breathing at lower rpms.
