Default coating on a turbo

ever see the hot side of a turbo coated - who has one and does it help with heat - what does it look like after its been used?

The new turbonetics gt-k is ceramic coated silver from the factory. The say it helps spool up by keeping the heat inside. Looks nice too.
The ceramic coatings I have in silver just dull out with alot of heat.

yeah, ceramic coating it does make a difference with spool and engine bay temps
