easy ways to gain horsepower
i have a 1989 Chevrolet Suburban with a chevy 350 tbi now i know they make a candy shop of bolt ons for these engine and wanted to know where to start i want to gain at least 100HP... it is 210HP right now but wanna get it to 300+ just short of having to do forced induction...

intake, exhaust are the obvious places to start. i don't know if they make a "chip" for your vehicle, but i'd look into that, changes the timing and a/f ratios to a more aggressive, performance oriented curve
after that.... either mild forced induction kit, engine internals, or the cheapest of all..... nitrous. i've got a complete, nearly new (used less than 10 times) zex dry kit for sale if you're interested, PM me 300 obo.

well in take exhaust will open it up and so would a chip which will do a lot for you after that would be a cam heads then boost it one way or another

get a jegs or summit. You can just order a GM crate motor with more horsepower of you choice and just drop it in. You can either goto carb which would make things a little easier, or you are going to have the upgrade the throttle body cause the factory one wont support that much.
