Default JRSC Problem

I installed a JRSC on my 1998 Integra ls. The problem is that it is only boosting 4 psi well as it says on the autometer boost guage that I have. At Idle it reads -20 steady and then climbs to 4 psi at full throttle. I belive that the stock kit should run 6 psi. any suggestions would help.

Well I fixed it!!! It winds up that I had some of the vacume hoses routed wrong. I was playing with it today at honda and I finally figured the problem out. Now it boosts 6 psi and gets there quicker than it was getting to 3 psi before. It still does not seem as fast as my nitrous 96 teg but it is pretty good.
