why would you ever go turbo on a daewoo lanos. Use that car as a dd and then get something decently quick with the $4000 you will spend for a good turbo set up for your car with tuning it and everything. or better yet if you want to go fast get a bike.

seriously man if your hooked on building a turbo setup go for it. JGSTOOLS < google it, sells the piping you need to fab you manifold. The flange that bolts to the head can be made by any competent machine shop. Just take them your stock manifold and tell 'em what you want. Get ready to spend $ on fabrication if you don't have the basic skills yourself to cut/weld metal.

+1 if thats what he wants to do, then why not? i think it would be cool....those cars dont look like they would weigh to much, i think with a basic turbo kit and a good tune it should be able to run atleast a high 14sec. 1/4mile time....thats not too bad if you ask me...

this is all you need right here...a direct bolt in.

4 cycle, water cooled, overhead valve, vertical in-line, direct injection, turbo-charged, naturally aspirated.
Compression ratio:
17.2 to 1
Rating output (BHP)
HP RPM
(720)/1,800
(800)/2,100
(1000)/2,300
