Default need some advice on I/C piping size

ok, the motor(though not the car) is a 2004 SRT-4 engine with a 20g turbo, 38mm Tial wastegate, 3" exhaust, blah blah blah, anyway my power goal is 400WHP at maximum boost of 25psi(though in daily use it will be turned down to about 280 or so) anyway, I was just wondering what you people think my I/C piping size should be...I am thinking 2.5" myself...if I can get away with smaller though I would prefer to do so

If you go to big and dont have a big turbo flowing lots of air it will hurt response.

Not trying to steal the thread but since it applies, at what point would you need 3" hot pipe?

hmm, thanks for all your help guys....just to let you know, I forgot to mention, my TB is only 60mm, which is roughly 2.5"...I dont think in this case that 3" is going to help a whole lot until I get a bigger TB...I'll go 2.5 for now and upgrade later if need be
