Default to4e/t3 footprint the same?

I have a general turbo question, I am currently building a twin turbo SHO motor and will be eventually running some type of t3 or t3/t4 hybrid turbos for it..but I wanted to know if the to4e turbo has the same footprint as a t3(going to pick up a couple of cheapo junkyard ones(from some k car) for engine break in if they do is why I ask)

you can put whatever turbine housing on a garrett you want, but if you get one from achrysler, they are not the same as many others (chrysler is odd ball)

well, I'm pretty much just looking for cheap plentiful junky old turbos to expel metal shavings into with a t3 footprint
