got a 04' 350Z....looking for big power gains. turbo\charger\internals any good ideas or valuable info for me

I'd say keep that car as it is, and buy a 2nd car to mess with. You're just asking for trouble by making power out of that car. With out some serious modifications to the engine, there just isn't the potential for more then 400whp out of it.

if they make a spec st. 5 clutch for you, get it....if your auto, go find like a 4500rpm stall. toss some slicks on there. run like a 50 shot and launch off the limiter. once you do this a couple times, your upgrade path should be evident.
