Default Remote turbo

alright guys i was wondering through the web & found a page that sells remote turbos, i have a 96 saleen 281 & i want to turbo it.....what do u guys think?

I called the company & they said the universal kit would work for my car, i would just need ecu, exhaust, & injectors(which is no prob considering i work at ford) so i guess i'm just looking at my options. i want to run anywhere from 8 to 12 lbs of boost...i have a built bottom end with 8.5 to 1. so what do u guysthink i should do....

having a turbo is not set in stone either so any/all sugestions would help

I think you should hang out on www.turbomustangs.com. Leave the remote turbo to the F body guys and go with something like an HP kit or PTK or something that's a little more traditional.

DIYJY Kit +1

PTK would be my next choice, especially since you can order just the hotside stuff.
