Well if im not mistaken i herd to be safe i wouldnt push it over 18psi...I was just wondering if i was right....I understand that you also need bigger injectors and soo on to do that...Thanks
You gotta understand that the amount of psi is not what is going to cause a motor to blow...I am sure Vapor will emphasize on this. You have to think in whp not psi. psi is way to broad of a measurement and there are so many factors that affect how much whp you make at a certain amount of psi

hspmick--good lookin out there, all to often you hear someone saying "oh yeah, well i'm pushin 20psi". Big f'ing deal, there is a huge difference between pushing 20psi on a small turbo as opposed to a larger turbo. There's a time and a place for all applications, it just depends on when and how you want your power.

great examples guys and in good relation to this question, i think the stock turbo for his car is something like a kkk03, or something like that...i have some v-dub friends that say "well im making 19psi on my stock turbo" and i keep telling them that isnt as much as my t3/t4 making 10psi... the turbo inlet in his car is about an inch, so boost isnt relavent, its the power level you want to achieve. i have seen a 440 hp golf, turbo and notrous though.
its all up to the amount of green you want to let loose with

Thanks guys..i have it bumped up to 11 psi From 8 psi and every wone is like WOW. i tell them that thats not alot because i have a very small turbo (KO3)...I dont have much money to spend seeing that i go to school and work at night...But i do what i can...I know that you can also blow an engin buy haveing to much boost and not enough gas....do you think this would be a problem with a stock turbo...I would like to bump it up to 15psi,but im not sure if i would need biger injecters....
