Unhappy Hesitation problem HELP!!

I have a turbo ls motor with the AFC HACK(dsm 450 injectors and the SAFC). when Im driving normal and I shift into the next gear an give gas and it has like a 2 sec. delay ( it only seems to do it at low rpm's though). Also if im in neutral and rev it up to 2500 rpm's it wont stay there, it keeps cuttin in and out. Im lost, PLEASE HELP!!

sounds like too much fuel. your settings should be around -30 to 35% correction all the way thru the rpms. also make sure that your partial throttle is tuned as well as your WOT

My setting right now are -40% all the way across. I dont think I have the WOT option on the safc as of the vafc.
