Default IC Piping

Alright Guys,
I think (if my car gets the stereo replaced since it got stolen) I'm about to pick up a used turbo kit off honda-tech. The only thing is its missing the IC piping. Is there anyone local that can make it relatively cheap? I want quality but affordability (read: not cheap ass stuff but not titanium, stuff that will last).

Thanks in advance,
MAtt

very true, I've got too much shit to think about right now, so a lot of things escape me now.

just for an upper charge pipe on a GSR?! I think you're probably talking about the whole piping kit correct?
