351 Turbo Kit
351 turbo kit
It is for a 351w with a fox body and you have to have a k-member for it to work. It was custom made by brooks (turbostang) from a shop in texas. It was designed to run in TTT5 truestreet class. Is a low mount turbo kit designed with the turbo mounted under the drivers side frame rail. The downpipe exits between the A-arm and K-member. It comes with everything you need old style of 101mm,50mm W/G and BOV. Has all T-bolt clamps and silicone conectors. Has a custom air to air intercooler made by Jim Sherwin inc. I originally had a T-4 based 76mm on it with a 3.5" downpipe but then switched to a T-6 flanged GT-42/76 and built a new 5" downpipe and exhaust. if you want to use a T-4 based turbo then the thumper flange would have to be cut off and have a T-4 welded back on. I can sell with either the 5" or 3.5" exhaust. The cold side tubbing is 3" and is powder coated black. The headers are flipped shorties that are jet coated chrome and have V-bands welded on them. The cross over is stainless and jet coated as well and it has the W/G flange and the cold side too. Everything was profecionaly tig welded and mandrel bent. This can easily be made to fit a 302 or can be use as a blow through carb set up.
