what size would you recomend for my set up (in h/a tech) ls with pistons and rods? I Dont wanna cheat on the turbo since I know it can make or break the car.

None of these due to their price and size. I would recommend any of the following. You can decide based on your budget.

* Precision SC3431RE (ball bearing)
* Precision SC3431E (non ball bearing)
* Garrett T3/T04E 57 trim .63 A/R turbine (non ball bearing)
