Decent Photo Editing Program.......
Any reccomendations for something to resize, crop, lighten/darken, etc. that is fairly easy to use but capable of more "indepth" editing were I to get more experience?
I'd like to keep it under $100 and shared_user friendly.

GIMP is free and does most of what PhotoShop can do
