Honeymoon beach V1

I'm going to pick 3 photos out of the bunch I done, print them up and use them as the photos in the short-film "VICTOR" it'll be the photos in the house. Reason behind taking the photos.

I intended on shooting around 6:00 at night, but the little girl was from Orlando & she's a SAG actor working with Disney from 3:00 till 8:00 till August 3rd so I had no choice but to shoot these photos at 11:30-12:00 with no reflectors or strobes with me, I worked with what I had.
As for where on honeymoon beach this was, I guess you call it north parking lot and I just walked down until I found something I liked.

You can brighten up their faces in Lightroom, even Photoshop.
Okay...I know where you're talking about. I haven't walked that far down in a long time. Looks like I might have to now lol

+1 on seeming a bit soft.
Not bad but the shadows are very distracting and to me the colors seem a bit washed out looking and skin tones in #5 are super warm. Not sure if that was intentional but I figured I would mention it. Also I agree with mama, the last one looks weird, the sand beneath them seems like it was added in post.

Photos are all sharp, its just the smaller res file that I posted.
At any-hoot, it wouldn't hurt to learn something as photo's are second nature to me, video is what I do. How would I remove the shadows / dark spots in the face?
