Default 5D 100 iso?

I've got a question, I've just recently moved into the 5D, my 7D I have as a backup I am able to do a ISO expansion and get 100 ISO, I can't seem to get anything less then 200 ISO on my 5D.

My background isn't photog, its film, and most recently digital, 2K and 4K quality either from the RED or Phantom. That being said, I can only relate to so much from my world of video compared to phtog, so I'm still a noob.

Please if anyone knows, whats the steps to bring it to 100ISO, thanks.

I don't know the specifics of that camera, but it's common (more Nikon than Canon I think) for sensors to have a native ISO of 200. You may not be able to take it down to 100. Hopefully someone else has a 5D and they can help you out.

I found this on Canon's website I'm not sure if you need this firmware update or not but it has iso 100 on there.

Canon Digital Learning Center - EOS 5D Mark II: How to Use Manual Video Exposure

Hope that helps a little bit.

The 5D is capable of shooting at ISO 50. You sure you have a 5D?

5d or 5d mark II? and dont pay too much attention to ISO. It was established a long time ago that digital ISO is not the same as old film iso

Even the 5DII goes down to 100.

I have the 5DMII It shoots video, a buddy of mine says I have to change the settings in custom settings but I'm not sure where I find that though.

Did your 5DII come with an instruction manual?

I've got the box in Orlando at another studio, I could very well drive to Orlando to pick up the box & look over the manual but I just figured someone here might know.

If you might know that'd be a huge help & save me a ton of time traveling out to Orlando.
