My 24hr Spring Break trip!
So some of you might know, I went from Newark-Paris-JFK-Newark in 24 hours, 2 planes, one bus ride. lol
Went over on Continental, then connected to get on Air France and their new A380. It caught up with me and I definitely ended up getting a little tired. Usually when I do the quick layovers with my dad we're at least there for 24 hours, not turning right back around ha
We didn't get awesome seats but the purpose was to be on the plane and experience it as a whole.
Check out the rest here: My 24hr Spring Break 2010 Adventure - a set on Flickr
This is what my dad flies, and what we were on going to Paris.

This is what we came back on, the A380, holds upwards of 540 pax!

Obviously a different airline but to give an idea of the side profile and all the windows

Nice, I don't know if I would want to do all that though
it took 25hrs on planes to get to thailand and I barely wanted to do it when I was staying there for 2 weeks, much less just turning around and flying right back to where I came from

That trip sounds awesome.
Did you bounce the A380 like the pilots at Osh Kosh did? lol.

Yeah, it was tough, but worth it. We're not ever really going to have a need to fly on that plane, on any of the airlines who have/will have it. Only other chance we might get, is once Lufthansa get them, since they and Continental are part of the Star Alliance, we could probably get better tickets/slightly cheaper, and fly one back from Germany.
But unless I get into some serious business or something, I don't see myself flying the long hauls that they do. I wish though!
HAHA and no, it did not bounce. It felt like it did pretty well. We had heard that almost 90+% of the time they auto land it.
