Default My Portable Power station.

Here is my DYI portable power roll-around station with storage
This rolling tool case now houses 2x 12v 20ah batteries with a 400watt 2x plug pure sine wave inverter.
The 2 batteries are in the lower section with enough room left for extension cords and battery charger. The lid slides down for easy access.
The top box/try holds the Camera body, lenses, Grip and other small accessories.

Thinking on getting studio strobes the beginning of next year and would love to make one of these. Maybe as a Christmas present to the forum you could make a tutorial for the photogs here on TR? It would be most appreciated.

Thing is baller as hell. I heard him making it at work and came out and was amazed. I'd make one if I had the extra cash but then again, I'll just drag him along with me

What a great idea. About how much did that cost you to build?

Stanley Rolling tool case, Walmart $22
Electric wheelchair batteries (12 Volt 20 Amp Hour Powertron), eBay $78 both
400watt pure Sine Wave inverter, eBay $80
Battery charger, Harbor Freight $20

So about $200
I think the 300Watt Vagabond is $500
