Studio Embark!

Looks good but maybe open up your aperture a bit so you can burn more light into the image. And using a piece of rolled up black construction paper as a snoot can help keep the light only on the areas you want. Also try adjusting the white balance so your light stays white.
Here are the settings I used for these pics:

ISO-200
F/10
15 sec. exposure

ISO-200
F/10
6 sec. exposure

Thank you! Lol i got that guitar by trading an amp and then i sold the guitar to get my D40 with kit, SB400, and a a classic manual focus Nikkor 50mm. I sold my line 6 POD XT Live to get my Quantaray PZ1-DSZ, Light stand, Umbrella Mount and 28" Westcott Apollo Softbox. Kinda miss my guitar and pedal but i like my Camera gear WAAAYYY better! Needless to say I play alot of acoustic now a days. Mama Got Boost is right on, this is how a broke musician/photographer gets their gear lol
haha i have the ibanez and the jackson then i have a 15 wat marshall and a 30 wat line6 spyder2. i dont think i could get all the stuff you got for my guitar stuff but left guitars do seem to hold thier value very well. i learned that when i was looking for my first guitar.
