Someone good with photoshop?
I need a picture edited but completely suck at it myself... the lighting was really crappy at the track, but I want the pic to be somewhat brighter when I print it out as a gift I'm working on for Father's Day... Can anybody help? It'd be greatly appreciated

easy... next.
adjust shadows and highlights.
adjust exposure
correct levels
adjustment layer of curves, then paint in what you want highlighted
