photoshop request

can someone help me out here.. i know the car is a POS but im getting one ( not this car im posting but anouther one like it this one has a 3800 series 2 SC swap ) i lowerd it myself useing MS paint but i wanna tint it and lower it alittle more ( top of rims ) and also shave the side moldings and handles.i did alittle photo edit to the org. pic
