Tripod and flash suggestions

Mine is horrible. Very wobbly now. And the D300 w/ or w/o the grip is heavy, and the 24-70 on the front of it can add some weight as well. Its just better suited now as a light stand for the speedlight(s). I am going to get something with a nice ball head/pistol grip

damn you guys. lol only thing you have up on me is lights! haha
its cool though, i'm getting a little over 300 back from taxes so that'll be going towards savings (i think now) so i can decide between coils for the car and then once i get my job going soon, lights will be coming!

go with a nikon sb-26, pick them up near a hundo, and you can get into strobing.

, has anyone used the joystick ball heads? Are they any good?

96 has that tripod^ it's pretty small
I have the manfrotto 322RC2 which is basically the full size version and I love it
on induro a214 legs
