MACK Warranty service, anybody use it before??
I've bought a MACK warranty service in the past and never used it. (As of yet.)
Has anybody had to use there MACK warranty service before and get a run around/turned down? I've heard that if there is ANY marks on your camera (damage) they will not cover what ever the issue may be, because it was mishandled. Even if the scratch, damage was not the cause of the issue. Just thought I'd check with you guys before ordering a 3 yr MACK warranty for my new camera.
