And youre not going to get a D90. You might be able to get like a D60 or Canon XTi...At this rate I'd tell you to go to Best Buy or Ritz and get ripped off cause it seems you dont know what to do, enough, to go to a real camera store.

Get a D40 or D60 if price is a concern. If you want good glass, you need something other than a D40 or D60 being most low aperture Nikon lenses are only AF and not AFS. Meaning they won't meter or autofocus on a d40 or d60 since either of the two have internal motors.

Nikon IS coming out with more AFS lenses now adays... they are just wicked expensive.
I'm shooting a D80 with an AF 85mm 1.4, AF 35mm 2.0 and AFS 55- 200mm and loving every picture.
