In Memory Of Deputy Bierwiler
This is far from my best work but, i was just amazed at the amont of respect they payed him soo i forgot to take pics, heres a few i got. There where probably over 1100 cars in the procession, around 100-150 bikes purley amazing...
STORY
Mourners, as well as law enforcement officers from throughout the state are attending the funeral of Hernando County Sheriff's Capt. Scott Bierwiler today.
The funeral Mass at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Spring Hill.
Representatives from the Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough sheriff's offices are in attendance, along with officers from several cities, including Largo, St. Petersburg and Tampa. One officer even made the trip from Tallahassee.
Bierwiler was killed last week in a head-on collision on Powell Road, south of Brooksville. The Mitsubishi Montero that crashed into Bierwiler's Crown Victoria was being driven by 16-year-old Andrew Frank Morris. He remains hospitalized in fair condition.
A 22-year veteran of the sheriff's office, Bierwiler leaves behind a wife and three children. He was 42 years old.
