I ended up going with a Nikon from Circuit City due to money lol But all the feedback was great from others so I don't think you'll have a problem.

No biggie lol Honestly I don't think you'd have a problem. The biggest thing is they are in the US and not shipping from Hong Kong, which most of those package type deal do. Those are the ones that I don't trust lol

Anyways, where are you located? If you are around Tampa, go to North Tampa Photo, its on Busch. They know their stuff and have VERY fair prices, much better than any retailer and Ritz. Or if you can wait, go with B&H.

check out dell.com .....thats where i got my xti from, sometimes they'll have some really good deals on cameras. and if you buy a lense or something else from them they'll usually give you a discount on the 2nd item, or at least they did with me. i recently recommended a friend at work to them and he ended up getting his xsi there bc it was cheaper than anyone else.

^ but i'm pretty sure that means you have to deal with dell if anything happens and they suck.

the lenses that come with that kit from ebay are crap, they just throw them to make it look like you are getting a better deal.
go with amazon $649 with the kit lens, and if its not everything you expected it to be, just return it within 30 days, no questions asked! i buy everything from amazon nowadays, they stand behind their shiz, and will gladly let you return stuff if you keep it in the original condition and keep all the packaging. I've returned 3 lenses that i didn't really like to there and never had one problem.
