Cool Festivals of Speed - Orlando

Event: Festivals of Speed
Location: Orlando, FL
Dates: October 11th and 12th

Saturday: Private VIP Jet Port Reception
Sunday: Public showing of all vehicles and sponsors

Time for yet another update. I just recently shot an event for "Modified Luxury and Exotics" magazine (Modified Luxury & Exotics) which is a fantastic automotive magazine. I am happy to say I have been reading their magazine long before I had any business relations with them which makes it an even sweeter success.

They are highly respected in the automotive world so to be offered an opportunity to photograph and be placed in their magazine is unbelievable.

It's been highly euphoric and motivating to see all of my endless hours of hard work editing and photographing finally pay off in epic proportions.

I was initially offered to shoot the event for a friend of mine who is the mastermind of the entire event. Having participated in this event prior and remembering the addicting amount of fun I had photographing it, I quickly agreed to help him out again.

In the midst of the private jet port reception event I ended up meeting Dwight Howard and Rashard Lewis for all of you basketball fans. For all of you who don't follow, they are both highly acknowledged and respected athletes. It was a pretty awesome surprise to see them walk into the event and have the chance to exchange words with them. (Both were ridiculously nice guys by the way)

The event was a massive success and has vastly improved since its last showing 6 months ago which I didn't believe would be possible.

I highly look forward to photographing this event again in the future.

Onto the important part, the photos!

Here is a quick preview of some of my work that will be featured in MLE.

CCX: Most gorgeous car I have EVER seen.

Here is the official link to the gallery:

I highly recommend the click. Not simply because it is my website but because there are actually quite a few photos that I didn't post.

Make sure to pick up a copy of the magazine when it comes out on stands. (Barnes and Noble is a major carrier for them)

Thanks for viewing and enjoy,

- Chris

Looks better than the local showing. I had one hell of a time trying to shoot the jet port reception when I went - wish I would've brought a tripod.

It wasn't too bad. I've definitely dealt with a lot worse.

God bless 580EX's!

It made it pretty tolerable and I got the look and feel of the photos I was hoping to achieve so I'm happy.

The public showing on Sunday morning is a mess. That's not even worth photographing with so many people.
