Default Need Photoshop help
Since I have no photo editing programs on my laptop, I was wondering if someone would help me out. Pleas ignore the foggy headlamp.

What I want:

1. I would like the chrome ring around my grille to be black.

2. Below is a picture of the lip I want on somoene elses car. I tried to match the angle the best I could, let me know if you need different one.

Here's a quick one, not the greatest but meh. It was kinda hard for me to see where the lip started/ended on the black bumper, so I kinda had to guess.
