I had trouble with this too.

Click on your pic in flickr.
Above the pic is a bunch of options
Choose "All Sizes"
Select the size you want to post
Medium usually looks good
Then At the bottom, there is html and a link
Copy the link and post it as you would any other hosted pic!

Ill play...I have been wandering all over the place taking pictures with my d40 inside a plastic bag. It was bit of a challenge to keep it dry and not cover the lense up!
