Obama Came to Town
So I went to his rally at the Forum on Wed. Got in there at a decent time, perfect distance to use the 70-300. Had to turn the iso up some, and used my speedlight a few times, but I'm fairly happy with how most turned out. Let me know! The 80-200 2.8 would have been MONEY! but i cant afford that lens gotta save for other camera stuff first.

maybe. but im afraid to leave those public for too long on flickr. what do you all think? and im too lazy/forget to put my watermark on em...

If you "own/school [anyone] in the topics" then you're just as bad as they are. I'll step in and dump those types of posts when I see them.

I don't know if you guys realize this or not, but the paper generally deals in the day's news... not news from a few days ago. I guarantee any and all local papers had photographers there regardless.
Not trying to be mean, but as good as these shots are - the paper won't buy them because they're from a few days ago. If you wanna try to sell to any paper you're going to have to deal in terms of right-now.

and yes there were mad reporters and news crew there. saw some famous people from around town with our news channels. i may post them up, some paparazzi shots lol
