WHat do you need help with?

I"m guessing it is posting a picture; it's simple. Go to ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting , browse for your file and upload it, right click, copy the image address, come back to TR and click on the little image box, a new window will pop up, paste the image address in there and submit, voila!

 

As Clifford said, you need to upload your photo to an image host. I think its saying its an invalid image because you uploaded it as an attachment and I dont think the forum allows that for signatures.
