Just some CC...

Night Pictures -

They are a little over exposed, Try using a more brief shutter speed. 10 seconds is a long time and makes the picture way too bright.

Also, 100 ISO is really low for night shooting. I figure your trying to avoid picture noise, but sometimes a higher ISO is needed.

and, Editing. Over saturated and over contrasted.

Day pics i dont see anything wrong with.

Other than that, good camera positioning and usage.

Hope that wasn't too critical Josh.

Night shots are nice, but oversaturated and that flourescent-ish light off to the right side of the frame is showing as a green light... which is a bit strange.

I had the same issue with it in this shot, but it's less prominent:

Would you mind if I used this pic? We installed the letters on the top of Sykes building (the round one) and that would look great in the office. Kudos to you of course

Tripod!!!! Without a tripod pics will turn out blurry . But also using a good natural light source is ideal(street lights, parking lot lights, Building lights etc.)
Also what camera are you using?

Tripod and correct white balance IMO. I always shoot RAW at night, because white balance is almost always wrong at night.
