Border
Let me know how it works out lol. Photoshop takes awhile to get used it. When I first downloaded it and opened it I immediately closed it after 20secs. Thats what I call giving up lol. Then I slowly but surely messed around with shit and voila, I'm pretty damn good at it if I may say so myself.
FYI: I have been using it for about 6yrs now, and I still don't know how to use everything. Then again what I don't know how to use, I never use so that is probably why lol.

The text that DareDevil puts on his border is easy to do.
1) Select the Text Tool (#1), and drag across your image. A text box should form across the image, type in whatever you want. In order for it to fit on a border like DD, its going to have to be a small font. And the border thickness will have to be just as tall as the font. So if you use a 12px font, your going to have to use a 12px border.
2) Once you got your text added, click the Selection Tool (#2). This will let you drag your text anywhere on the image. Just hover over the text with the selection tool clicked, then drag.
