i was a little bored so i tried anyway, but with a better pic, i would get a better result.

 

ttt,looks good but its a glossy red on the gt3s

 

it would be really hard to make them look like they had a high gloss with such a blurry picture. Its too fuzzy, i can do it but the wheels will be more clear than anything else and it wont look right.

take or find a better picture (brighter, and higher resolution)

 

i think he just wants them to look more jdm... i mean more red

 

you can on sharpen an images soo much before it distorts... so here is "more red"
