yea i lived in Tampa right next to the Gandy brige in those Bright Orange Condos for 6+ months...
got to watch all the races every weekend, lol.
that picture was taken in the STI, it had a slight chip in the glass, and i had to drive down a gravle driveway. the chassis was so stiff there was no place for the flex to go... so i got to watch the windshield slowly crack al the way across, lol... that was 200 bucks that sucked to watch spend.

so wait, if our windshield is cracked. we actually have to PAY to get a new one??? i thought that it was a law that they had to replace it for you at no charge...

BrewPuBeaver isn't in Florida. Florida law says your insurance company must replace your windsheild as a no-deductible item. As you have found out if you've ever made a claim before: that doesn't mean it's free.
