^^ I spy Photoscape

Those are very nice Rachel. I need to get myself a nice camera. I love my point and shoot, but I just can't get the photos to come out exactly the way I want.

 

That's why I got the Nikon.... Chris just doesn't get it but he doesn't have to lol

 

I was wondering what you guys think about my gimp skills and/or skillz. Keep in mind I'm 15 and am often left to playing GT4. :/

If you want to start practicing with gimp, the best idea is to use actual pictures. The quality will be better, and your edits will turn out nicer.

Well, that was one of my first edits. I do a lot more advanced edits now. lol. The first things I do is crop, levels, smooth out the hard edges, apply different blurs, drop shadows, etc.

Thanks! The camera I used is only a 3.2 Fujifilm Finepix!! I didn't even have the little one that I use now back then. Hell my cell phone camera has more mgpx than that one

I was so happy with the shot though. My daughter had run up to Sara to talk to her ... and it was just perfect! Now if I just had one of those fancy shmancy picture takin machines like them real pho-togs
