Photo Contests?
So i was looking on TF and other sites in there Photography Section and noticed that once a month they have a photo contest. Basically, there will be a theme every month or two. You must follow that theme when your planning your shots.
For instance. Theme 1: Building Structure
You will post 2 pictures of your best building structure pics. Fellow TR members will vote on the picture they feel is best or most creative. Members will vote via Pole. I will post the winner of that month along with the winning picture. There will be a different theme every month or two for months to come.
THE PICTURE MUST BE YOURS!
Editing Pictures
The only Editing that will be aloud are Borders, Fonts for the name, Hue and Saturation, Contrast,...etc. No adding ANYTHING to the pic, chopping, or Photoshop brushing the picture.
Digital SLR vs Point and Shoot
Yes. Do to the Quality difference in cameras, There will be an SLR winner and a P&S winner. The theme will still be the same for each camera.
This is an Idea, and want to see how many will participate befor i consider it. Soo...Your Input please. I set up a pole for voting.
