Buying canon primes
Well I have a bunch of other lenses that I really want to buy like a 28, 85, and such do you think its wise to buy the 1.2 or just buy the 1.8 for 100.00.
I've spent nearly 6k thus far, and I haven't even bought the 7D yet--I had to buy rails, follow focus, mattebox, 5 16gig CF cards, and I bought 6 battery's off ebay. I'm also looking to pick up a monitor, and Knuckle arm...
Soo... Yeah, what do you feel about the lens, is it really worth picking up right now or do I spend the money for the 50 and not have a 28, 35, and 85--I really was thinking of picking up a 16-35--but so many nice lenses but alot of money.

I have a 50 1.8 and I love it. They also make a 1.4 for around $340. The 1.8 is an awesome lens and its a steal at $80-100!

Wow, if you're dropping that kind of cash. Check out the 24-105. More range but only goes up to f/4. It's an awesome lens and more range for the money.
