How to making a race car wing

An off-the-shelf race wing is expensive. I've used EPS foam cores to make (test) wings in the past. But in those cases, I sent away to a CNC-equipped hot wire outfit for the cutting. Now, I'm going to try and cut my own wing out of a piece of rigid foam wall insulation with a very rudimentary hot wire cutter.
