building for rent with 3300sq ft with paint booth and nice office/showroom
hey guys im not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but my father has a 3300sq foot building with a full paint booth in it and a nice size office/show room. we had it rented out to a guy that did painting and vinyl wraps. and it has been vacant now for alittle while and thought id put it up here for rent. if you have any questions shoot me an e-mail
the building is located at 40th st and mlk in tampa.

Is the building up to code and is their a fire suppression system in the booth and is it up to date as well?

the building is up to code.. it was are original building untill we needed something bigger so we had built a bigger warehouse office next door. the paint booth is just a paint booth and exhaust fan needs the fire suppression. not sure the brand but the paint booth is only 3-4 years old.
