What happened to the rim?


I'd be worried about running that too fast - half the fastners are not even through all three pieces

I was weirded out wen I saw this aswell, but there are seperate pieces not pictured, that slide into place. It bites down after everthing is tight

Did the owner of the wheels not request the inner barrels to be refinished as well?

Nothing was mentioned of the barrels. Normaly if the barrel was more visable, id do some cleaning, but with the mesh design, I didn't think the barrel was very noticable.
