Default couple questions about clear

ive painted a couple cars now and it seams like my clear come out kinda dual and im woundering why is it cause i clear it right after i get done painting or i use to much thinner

What clear are you using and tell us exactly how you spray

It could be your not hammering the clear coat. Your probably dry spraying the clear

Or the fact hes painting outside! Not trying to bash a guy whos not afraid of work but painting outside you have NO control over anything--dont know where to start really.

ok the guy that tought me paints out side and his come out perfect like factor
mines is dule like its the paint and clear mixed what the proper way of laying clear

what kind of material are you putting on?
are you overlapping your pattern?
wet sand and buff?

when i paint after laying the color i just paint the clear i put a little thinner and just start clearing it plz feal me in where im missing steps
