Thumbs up Window Tint

I would like to know whats the best combination of products/ or product i can use to remove my old tint that is purple and peeling off at the same time.
it is leaving some haze on my glass, as i was peeling it off.
i want to leave the windows clear and un-tinted.

any information would be helpful


fyi, i have never had to remove the tint i bought it this way. the car that is...

Thats it. And a plus is when you cut your finger the Acetone will give you a new meaning for pain when it enters the wound.

wall-mart or any discount auto store has a bottle of "tint-off", spray that on the tint let it set and start scraping with the razorblade, the more you spray the easier it is to get off.

just get your windows done somewhere. they have all those crazy chemicals that take the old tint off quick. and then you can get new tint.

Its not that hard. Go buy a pack of strait razors, and a spray bottle. Spray it down with some water and a mild detergent and start the scrape process. Start from the top of the window and move down, keep the razor on the glass with a steady amount of pressure. You definetely want to use the soap as when the glue gums on the blade of the razor, and you move it up or down on the glass, it could get all over your interior, and cause a sticky mess. With the soap it helps clean up easily.
