What do you mean?? I suggest using it when needed! What are you priming?

im priming the whole car, meant i need tips to make it look decent lol my b

Sand the surface well with 180-320, wash, tape up and spray.

Why would you wanna primer the whole car? You really only need to primer any repair areas. You will seal the entire car before you base it.

primer is the new cheap paint, dont use laquer primer, or rattle can and u will have much better results

I don't understand why, if you have the car masked and ready for primer, why not just shoot some color on it? Even a cheap single stage is better than primer. People don't know that alot of primers will case big problems if left by itself.

well depends on the body work what it was finished in...... if he has deep sandscratches still and maybe some other small damage that primer surfacer can fill then prime it and block the whole car and then get your base but remember to not put it off or else that primer sets up after a while and its harder than shit to block
