Default Someone help me get this out of my paint.......

ok. long storyshort last december i trader cars with my friend and he agreed to paint it. his uncle painted it. and he thought it would be "cool" to put this on the car: sorry for the crappy cell phone pics but its all i can do for now.

idk. its like a sticker or vinyl thing. and im pretty sure its under a layer of clear. its not smooth. you can feel the outline and the letters and crap. idk. it's gay. so my question is can anyone get it out, take it off, or remove it and respray the area of the car and make it match the rest of the car?

You would have to have the clear sanded off of that panel then remove the sticker, wet sand that spot where it was, scuff the paintible aria and fade in the clear coat. for the cost I would just live with it or razor blade the shit off and leave the faded outline if its really getting to you that much.
