I want to buy a non-hvlp gun that is comparable to and HVLP..I heard about some having a turbine of some sorts to increase the velocity in the gun to better atomize. Im looking for something in the $100 dollar range

 

$100 will get you a fair knock-off of a real gun. The Astro LVLP is a fair gun with little fog/overspay. Paint stores have a bunch but its kinda personal preferance.

Sata Jet Reduced Pressure, but its not in the 100 dollar range, im sure there are some conventional guns in that range tho.
