Where can I get canned silicone

Does any know where I can purchase the canned silicone used to dress and detail engines? Does anyone if NAPA carries this product? Also the brand name of the product is much appreciated. Thanks.

they sell canned silicone everywhere,wal-mart,napa,advance,ect. IMO they all work the same.
